Opening Day for Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead
April 1 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Join us for a season filled with farmyard fun, live entertainment, hands-on activities and plenty of adorable animals. Families can explore playgrounds, ride pedal tractors, go fishing, take a wagon ride, try gem mining and meet more than 250 animals, including a new batch of baby goats ready for bottle feeding.
Plus, this year brings exciting updates, including a brand-new slide structure and monthly sensory-friendly early admission days May through August.
Opening Day activities include:
– 10 a.m.-noon – Face painters at Gayle’s Outpost
– 11 a.m.-2 p.m. – SevenDays Kindness handing out kindness stickers, cards and bookmarks in the entry building
– 1 p.m. – Mr. Stinky Feet performs at Gayle’s Outpost
– Master Gardeners will be handing out zinnia seeds in the entry building (while supplies last)
