Pathlight Brewing

Red Crow Brewing Company

They have set up a kids zone with toys, activities, free juice boxes and fruit snacks!
Transport Brewery
With two locations in downtown Shawnee and Gardner, Transport Brewery has become a mainstay for family outings. They invite families and four-legged friends to enjoy their live music, game nights and inviting tap rooms. The Shawnee location regularly hosts food trucks while Gardner serves fresh made pizza!

Boulevard Brewing Company
Boulevard is of course a KC staple, and if you haven’t been in a while, it is worth a visit. The beer hall is grand with plenty of space for kids to play and be loud. A place were you can enjoy a great beer and bring your dog?! Count me in. Casual animal is hip in the best kind of way. It is usually easy to find a seat where you can enjoy the neat ambiance, have a snack and enjoy a light brew. Walk to Grinder’s for some pizza or cheesesteaks afterward!
City Barrel
City Barrel recently expanded its outdoor seating area to accommodate those who want to dine al fresco, and believe me, you’ll want to try everything on both the beer, food and cocktail menus. They now have two locations, one in the East Crossroads and one in Brookside.
Crane Brewing
For beer lovers on the Missouri side, head to Crane Brewing in Raytown. Swing by on your way to or from the zoo, or seek it out during a bike ride on the Rock Island Trail. It’s laid back approach is a draw for those with kids who want to play or ride bikes while parents relax for a bit.
Diametric Brewing Company
