Recap: Welcoming New Moms at KC Mom + Baby

Kansas City Mom Collective was excited to host our third annual baby fair, KC Mom + Baby.

Moms, partners and support persons gathered at Olathe Conference Center for support from experts, community resources, swag, giveaways and a cravings bar!

Throughout the conference center, attendees gathered an abundance of resources from local Kansas City organizations, met with people who could assist in their new parenting journey, and were able to shop for items for babies.

We were thrilled to have  Learning Quest 529 Education Savings Program as our title sponsor, and Saving Grace Pediatrics and Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County as our premier sponsors.

Moms found their way into the event thanks to the adorable signage from Yard deSIGNS of Johnson County and enjoyed our cravings bar, including pickles from Two Men and a Garden and ice cream from Clementine’s.

In addition, attendees sat in on chat sessions on Debunk Saving for Your Child’s Education with Learning Quest 529 Education Savings Program, Babies and Breastfeeding with Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County, and Motherhood and Milestones from Saving Grace Pediatrics.

The first 150 people walked away with a swag bag filled with more than $100 worth of goodies. In addition to swag, every attendee had a chance to win thousands of dollars worth of amazing giveaways. One lucky winner even took home $529 in an education savings account thanks to Learning Quest!
