10 Reasons Not to Miss the 2023 Spring Family Egg Hunt

The birds are chirping again and flowers are slowly starting to peek out from the ground which can only mean one thing… SPRING IS HERE! And that means it’s time for the Spring Family Egg Hunt on March 25 at 3&2 Baseball Club.

Here are 10 reasons why you should attend the Spring Family Egg Hunt!

10. The (Mostly Empty) Eggsbaby picking up eggs at egg hunt

Forget those tiny plastic trinkets from eggs that end up in the trash, your kids will hunt our eggs and then turn them in for curated bags of fun and age-appropriate items. Bags will be filled with goodies from Andy’s Frozen Custard, Crazy Aaron’s, Grace’s Best Cookies, HallmarkThe Pencil Grip, Russell Stover Chocolates, US Toy, Zolli Candy and more!

9. The Giveaways

Hidden inside eggs around the hunt are our golden tickets. If your kiddo finds one of those, they are the winner of one of our many fabulous prizes. They’ll have a chance to win passes to The Coterie, Kansas City Symphony, Kansas City Zoo, Museum at Prairiefire, Theater for Young America, Wonderscope Children’s Museum, a family pack of tickets to a Kansas City Current game, fun giveaways from Hallmark, awesome Bizy Bags and so much more!

Our wonderful sponsors will be on hand hosting fun at every turn. Our Title Sponsor, New Horizon Academy, will be hosting an awesome egg drop game, you’ll play baseball games with 3&2 Baseball, egg toss for prizes with Urban Air Adventure Park, a spring time toothbrush game at Fry Orthodontics and take part in fun yard games courtesy of Triangle Lawn Games.

7. The Fun

Beyond the games and crafts you can play instruments at the Bach To Rock-Leawood instrument petting zoo, grab a super cool balloon animal from LeBlanc & Associates Dentistry for Children, take part in coloring in a huge mural together at Goldfish Swim School and try your hand at Martial Arts with the team from Ko Martial Arts. 6. Bubbles Galore

We are excited to have at our event the KC Bubble Parties to share with us some squeaky clean fun. Experience the joy of giant bubbles. bubble snow, bubble foam and the bubble blizzard!

5. Sweet Treats and Snacks

Looking for a sweet pick-me-up? Fluff It Cotton Candy will be on hand with complimentary cotton candy for the attendees. And if you’re looking for something more caffeinated or with ballpark flair, you’ll be able to purchase items from the Brew Haha Coffee Trailer and the 3&2 Concession Stand.

4. Limited numbers

There are other egg hunts in town, but most don’t control the guest count resulting in a very chaotic event. We purposefully cap our numbers so everyone has room to spread out and have fun!

3. Two sessions to choose from

Whether you’re looking to avoid a sports game, cranky time or bumping into lunch and naps, we’ve got you! Session A runs from 9-10:30 a.m. and Session B runs from 11-12:30 p.m. Pick the session that works best for your family’s schedule.

2. The Bunny

The coolest bunny around is back and ready for all of the family photos and selfies your Instagram feed can handle.
