10 Reasons Not to Miss the 2024 Spring Family Egg Hunt

The birds are chirping again and flowers are slowly starting to peek out from the ground which can only mean one thing… SPRING IS HERE! And that means it’s time for the Spring Family Egg Hunt on March 30 at 3&2 Baseball Club.

Here are 10 reasons why you should attend the Spring Family Egg Hunt!

10. The (Mostly Empty) Eggsbaby picking up eggs at egg hunt

Forget those tiny plastic trinkets from eggs that end up in the trash, your kids will hunt our eggs and then turn them in for curated bags of fun and age-appropriate items. Bags will be filled with goodies from Andy’s Frozen Custard, Fun Run, Kansas City Chiefs, McDonald’s, Russell Stover Chocolates, Urban Air and more!

9. The Giveaways

Hidden inside eggs around the hunt are our golden tickets. If your kiddo finds one of those, they are the winner of one of our many fabulous prizes. They’ll have a chance to win passes to The Coterie, Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium, Museum at Prairiefire, Theater for Young America, Starlight, Wonderscope Children’s Museum, awesome Bizy Bags and so much more!

8. The Games

Our wonderful sponsors will be on hand hosting fun at every turn. You’ll take part in a carnival classic, a cake walk, with Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. You’ll play Plinko with Goldfish Swim School, the grand prize game with Chiro One Wellness Center, pick out a winning duck in a pond for prizes with Bordner Home Improvement, take part in a soda bottle toss with KC Full Circle Midwifery & Family Wellness, and play baseball games with 3&2 Baseball.

7. The Fun

Beyond the games, you can play instruments at the Bach To Rock-Leawood instrument petting zoo, grab a super cool balloon animal from LeBlanc & Associates Dentistry for Children, create an adorable springtime picture frame with Fry Orthodontics that will be perfect to put your photo with the bunny in. And more springtime fun with New Horizon Academy.

6. Bubbles Galore

We are excited to have at our event the KC Bubble Parties to share with us some squeaky clean fun. Experience the joy of giant bubbles. bubble snow, bubble foam and the bubble blizzard!

5. Sweet Treats and Snacks

Looking for a sweet pick-me-up? Fluff It Cotton Candy will be on hand with cotton candy to purchase. And if you’re looking for something more of a ballpark flair, you’ll be able to purchase items from the 3&2 Concession Stand.

4. Limited numbers

There are other egg hunts in town, but most don’t control the guest count resulting in a very chaotic event. We purposefully cap our numbers so everyone has room to spread out and have fun!

3. Two sessions to choose from

Whether you’re looking to avoid a sports game, cranky time or bumping into lunch and naps, we’ve got you! Session A runs from 9-10:30 a.m. and Session B runs from 11-12:30 p.m. Pick the session that works best for your family’s schedule.

2. The Bunny

The coolest bunny around is back and ready for all of the family photos and selfies your Instagram feed can handle.

1. The Experience – Planned By Moms FOR Moms

If you’re like us, you’ve been to egg hunts before that are a little bit wild. We guarantee that every child gets a certain amount of eggs and that everyone gets the same fun bag of goodies. Everyone leaves happy, even the parents!
