Say “shoo fly” to mosquitos, ticks and fleas as the weather warms up. Apply insect repellent after sunscreen, and do not apply it onto children’s hands, eyes or mouths. To apply repellent to these areas, spray it on your hands then transfer to the child’s face. Always make sure to check your child’s body and clothing for ticks after playing outdoors.
