Oh, what fun we had at our first in-person Santa event in three years! Santa’s Pajama Jam took place on December 3 at The Regnier Family Wonderscope Children’s Museum of Kansas City and it was an absolute blast.
Guests were greeted with fun holiday tunes as they checked in and every child received a gift from us courtesy of Lowe’s Home Improvement.
We were thrilled to have New Horizon Academy as our title sponsor as they hosted the cookie decorating station. Our attendees made their way through Wonderscope taking part in an abundance of holiday fun along the way. They made ornaments, playdough, stuffed animals and reindeer food. They took part in fun winter experiments, played reindeer games and tried their hand at a holiday ninja course, played holiday tunes on instruments and giggled at their fun snowman balloon animals.
In addition, they had the museum all to themselves to have fun and jump and play while rocking their jammies the whole way.
A visit to Santa and Mrs. Claus was the perfect way to get those wishlists to him before the big man takes to the skies.
The night was capped off with some delicious frozen custard from Andy’s Frozen Custard, and everyone went home surely with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads that night.
And in the spirit of the season, attendees dropped off so many donations of diapers, wipes, peanut butter and jelly to benefit Operation Breakthrough and we are so grateful to them.
We are already looking forward to doing it again in 2023!
Thank you to our amazing sponsors for creating holiday memories
