Bricks 4 Kidz Liberty
Club SciKidz
This Science Club program is designed to meet the needs of children in grades K-6. Club SciKidz lessons help engage students in observation, measurement, identification of properties, and experimentation involving life, earth, and physical science concepts. The units are rigorously researched by science educators with the help of teachers and children. The after school programs are led by school request but summer camps are offered in a wide range of topic areas!
Code Ninjas
Code Ninjas in Leawood offers programs for several different age groups as well as summer camps, parents night out and more. Your child will learn to code while building games they love.
KC STEM Alliance
KC STEM Alliance was founded in 2011 to connect the many STEM education and workforce initiatives in the Kansas City community. The alliance serves as the backbone organization for Kansas City’s STEM learning ecosystem; supports leading in-school and out-of-school STEM programs; and focuses on addressing inequities in STEM education by closing opportunity gaps. The organization offers a list of STEM supports and attractions in our community.
Mad Science
Mad Science offers kids full-day and half-day camp experiences that are sure to entertain and delight! They will be wowed by green glowing liquid, messages written in secret code, autonomous robots, and mystery substances that change from solid to liquid in seconds. Classes are offered through parks and rec departments, full, half and single day camp options available. Their programs are also offered through schools and pre-schools.
Mathnasium
If a student is struggling, Mathnasium will address their learning gaps so they can catch up and get ahead. For students who already excel in math, the instructors will work with them to expand their math skills and help them achieve their greatest potential. And if your student is “doing OK” when you know they could do much better, we can engage and motivate your child to reach new heights.
